Blis Global Cameroon Begins Its Grand Journey to WRO 2025!

Blis Global Cameroon has officially embarked on an extraordinary international adventure!
The delegation kicked off their journey at Nsimalen International Airport in Yaoundé, filled with excitement, dreams, and determination as they set out to represent Cameroon on the world stage.

Flying with pride, the team traveled from Yaoundé to Singapore via Istanbul, Turkey, experiencing the thrill of global travel as they connected through one of the world’s busiest international hubs. The smooth transit through Istanbul added a touch of world discovery — a reminder that robotics and education truly connect nations.

After hours in the sky, the students finally touched down at the spectacular Changi Airport in Singapore, one of the most futuristic airports in the world. From the stunning indoor waterfall to high-tech immigration systems, the arrival itself felt like stepping into tomorrow — the perfect setting for the World Robot Olympiad 2025.

This journey marks more than just travel; it symbolizes ambition, unity, and the global vision of Blis Global Cameroon.
Each student arrived ready to learn, compete, innovate, and proudly carry the colors of Cameroon.

A new chapter has begun — one filled with technology, culture, friendship, and unforgettable international experiences. WRO 2025, here we come!

Blis Global Cameroon Explores Singapore’s Iconic Landmarks!

Blis Global Cameroon continued its exciting Singapore adventure with a spectacular city tour that brought the team face-to-face with some of the country’s most famous attractions

The day began at the legendary Merlion Park, where students admired Singapore’s national symbol — the half-lion, half-fish Merlion statue — standing proudly against the blue Marina Bay waters. Cameras flashed everywhere as the team captured unforgettable moments with the city skyline sparkling behind them.

Next, the group made their way to the world-renowned Marina Bay Sands, Singapore’s most iconic architectural masterpiece. Standing at the foot of the towering three-pillar structure, students were amazed by its futuristic design, luxury ambiance, and sky-high presence. It was the perfect blend of technology and creativity — exactly what inspires young innovators.

The tour continued into the magical world of Gardens by the Bay, where nature and technology meet in perfect harmony. Walking under the towering Supertrees, surrounded by lush gardens and breathtaking domes, the team experienced one of the most stunning green innovations in the world.

From waterfront views to futuristic architecture and world-class eco-parks, the city tour gave Blis Global Cameroon a taste of Singapore’s beauty, innovation, and cultural brilliance.

A day filled with learning, discovery, pictures, and unforgettable memories — Singapore truly welcomed the team with open arms!

Blis Global Cameroon Embarks on a Colorful Cultural Tour of Singapore!

Blis Global Cameroon continued its unforgettable Singapore experience with a rich and immersive cultural tour across three of the city’s most vibrant districts — Chinatown, Little India, and Kampong Glam.

The journey began in Chinatown, where tradition and modern life blend seamlessly. Students walked through lively streets filled with red lanterns, historic shophouses, and the aroma of local delicacies. The team explored cultural temples, souvenir streets, and learnt about the deep Chinese roots that helped shape Singapore’s identity.

Next stop: the energetic and colorful world of Little India. From rainbow-painted buildings to the rhythmic beats of Indian music, every corner was alive with culture. The team visited bustling markets, admired beautiful flower garlands, and experienced the warm hospitality of the Indian community. It was a burst of color, tradition, and joy.

The tour ended at the artistic and trendy Kampong Glam, the heart of Malay heritage. Students admired the majestic Sultan Mosque, strolled along the famous Haji Lane filled with street art and boutiques, and learned about the rich Malay and Muslim history of the district. The blend of culture, fashion, and art left everyone inspired.

The Cultural Tour offered Blis Global Cameroon a deeper understanding of Singapore’s multicultural harmony — a country where Chinese, Indian, and Malay traditions come together beautifully.

A day of colors, history, culture, and global learning — reminding every student that diversity is the world’s greatest strength!

Blis Global Cameroon Takes Over Sentosa Island! — 26 Nov 2025

Blis Global Cameroon lit up Sentosa Island today with an unforgettable day of exploration, fun, and discovery! Known as Singapore’s “State of Fun,” Sentosa welcomed the team with sparkling beaches, breathtaking cable-car views, and world-class attractions.

The adventure began with a scenic ride on the Sentosa Cable Car, where students soared above the harbour and city skyline — cameras clicking as panoramic vistas of Singapore unfolded beneath them. Luggage of excitement in their hearts, the team then hopped aboard the Sentosa Express train, zipping across the causeway straight into the island’s lively heart with ease and local flair.

On the island, the group explored iconic spots — from the lively boardwalks to the golden sands of Siloso Beach, enjoying team games, beach moments, and non-stop photo ops. Every corner of Sentosa offered something magical:

The World Robot Olympiad 2025 kicked off today at the Marina Bay Sands Expo with a vibrant opening that brought together hundreds of young innovators from around the globe.

Teams arrived early for registration, followed by an exciting day of robot testing, practice sessions, and team preparations. The energy was high as students fine-tuned their robots for the challenges ahead.

The highlight of Day 1 was the Grand Opening Ceremony, where participants celebrated global innovation, creativity, and teamwork under this year’s theme — “The Future of Robots.”

Day 2 of the World Robot Olympiad 2025 exploded with action as full-day competitions officially began at Marina Bay Sands Expo!

From RoboMission to Future Innovators, teams from across the globe brought their smartest designs and boldest ideas to the arena. Robots raced, solved challenges, battled obstacles, and showcased months of hard work and engineering creativity.

Participants filled the halls with excitement and team spirit, cheering each other on while judges evaluated innovation, precision, and problem-solving skills.

The day ended with the much-anticipated Friendship Night, where students enjoyed music, games, and cultural exchanges — a perfect celebration of global unity and STEM passion.

WRO 2025 Comes to a Grand Finale – Closing Ceremony Highlights!

Today marks the spectacular Closing Ceremony of the World Robot Olympiad 2025, bringing an unforgettable week of innovation, competition, and global friendship to a triumphant end at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The atmosphere was electric as hundreds of young engineers, mentors, and delegations gathered under one roof to celebrate creativity and excellence. Flags waved proudly, cameras flashed nonstop, and the spirit of global unity filled the hall.

Participants watched eagerly as outstanding teams from around the world were honored with medals, trophies, and special awards. Every cheer echoed the hard work, determination, and passion that defined this year’s competition.

Inspirational speeches from organizers and international leaders reminded students that WRO is more than a contest — it is a gateway to the future of technology, teamwork, and innovation.

For Blis Global Cameroon, it was a moment of pride and emotion as the team celebrated their journey, their achievements, and the lifelong memories they created throughout the competition.

As the event came to a close, participants exchanged final photos, hugs, and promises to meet again in future global events.

WRO 2025 ends today — but the inspiration, friendships, and dreams it ignited will continue to shine long after the lights go out.
